Life Business Compensation Plan

Claude Hamilton introduced me to community building almost 10 years ago, and in that time frame we have flowed a variety of products and services through a couple different compensation plans. Claude has built all of them to extremely successful levels and I was able to build them to the top of the chart or to job optional income with Claude’s mentor-ship.

The LIFE founders over the years, have learned a lot about various compensation plans and are aware of the pros and cons of many of them out there. They have taken their accumulated knowledge and first hand experience of building communities and created a compensation plan that is built around,

* paying the newest person

* building long term success through Team Approach Depth

* paying for performance, not position

The founders of LIFE have said, ” The LIFE business wasn’t created to MAKE the most money but to PAY the most money.”

Imagine a compensation plan that doesn’t top out at 25%, 35% or even 45%, but rewards through volume discounts up to 50%. This isn’t even touching upon the seven depth bonuses paid out for building secure long-term businesses.

LIFE isn’t a plan to get a couple of people wealthy with everyone else trying really hard. Instead, it’s a plan where 70% of the total revenue is paid out to 95% of the people, meaning everyone who is moving LIFE Leadership materials will receive a bonus if they have at least 150 points worth of total business and have personal volume/customers. Never before has a plan shared so much with so many.

I love being able to sit with a brand new person and help them understand through team approach we will help grow their first community together. This win/win teamwork effort, creates success for the new person right way as they climb the bonus chart and get paid. This approach really shows the new person they are in business for themselves but not by themselves, as they see their community being built with a team effort, yet they are making money.

Monthly subcriptions and many other products are $1 – 1PV ratio…worse case 1:4 ratio – that is incredible.

It creates huge discounts on personal products so not only is it $1 for 1PV – at the top of the chart you automatically get 50% of that back…so if you personally spend $100 on product you get $50 back or if you spend $200 on product you get $100 back and so on, just on your own personal purchases.

Another game changer of LIFE is that they have now added PV on the association and learning part of the business, with Open Meetings, Team casts and LIFE Seminars. Open meetings and Teamcasts are designed to introduce the products and the concept of compensated communities to new people presented by someone with more experience. Also, LIFE seminars are designed to have the top leaders take the stage with current success to teach, motivate, and recognize individual achievements. This is also a great opportunity for a guest to get better acquainted with LIFE.

LIFE also just launched its flagship product the Mental Fitness Challenge that is helping people climb the chart to that 50% bonus mark, earn themselves free trips, and One time Cash Awards.
